Went to drop off my daughter at her room in the shared apartment.nVery nicely presented area. Each building has enough space in between.nThe rooms in the apt is quite spacious and the apt itself is big.nOverall a good environment place
Living at Unilodge Ilam has been great. The apartments are modern and comfy, and it’s easy to make friends in the common areas. The high-speed internet and on-site laundry are super convenient. Plus, it’s close to both public transport and the Uni. Overall, it’s been a solid spot for focusing on my studies and enjoying student life. Too many pigeons tho
Staying here is great! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and any issues tend to get resolved almost immediately! Location is extremly conveniant, being located close to the Uni with Fastfood and Restaurants within walking distance
Don't come here if you don't like your roommates bring random people into your apartment unit and party until 4am. Don't come here if you don't want the person in the next door make home calls until 5am and you can clearly hear his whine and laugher through the whole night. There is literally no sound insulation for every rooms, or managers on site. There does be a reception room, but they will only expect you to negotiate by you own unless you almost break a fight with someone. Thankfully they have access to the campus security in that case.nI never had a sleep earlier than 1am throughout the half year I lived here, and I would have left in the first few weeks if they won't withhold 6 weeks of you rent money once you sign the contractn***Update: There will be some as$holes living beside the apartment party and keep their subwoofer on throughout the whole night in the EXAM PERIOD, and the manager will just tell you to get over it. So good luck with your exams and studies if you decide to move to this place. Thankfully mine is over yet.
Great place to make friends especially if you’re a first year. Always enjoying the events and free food!
