Ordered and paid for our firewood online. Delivery was booked for 7am-midday slot today so we arranged our day around this. No delivery was made in that time and zero communication. After trying both phone numbers, texting, sending a messenger with no response I finally got back a message over an hour after delivery window ended that just said oh sorry about that they are just loading the truck now. Then maybe an hour later after that the wood arrived. When I mentioned that it really should have warranted some communication to us all I got was a thumbs up response to my message. Always great wood but the communication today was not great nor did they seem to care so felt pretty dissapointed with that aspect.

Really easy online ordering, fast delivery AND get delivery on days and at hours that suit me. Really good wood,exactly as they say, easy company to deal with. Wood burns perfectly for keeping my house warm and toasty regardless of theweather outside, bonus is my mates love coming over and hanging out in front of a real wood fire during winter.
The hotmix is great, always of very high quality. In these uncertain times and if you have working fire its good to stock up in advance and have a little spare for any pre- and post winter chilly nights too. Great company, and great service.
