I have purchased multiple products from Ifurniture in the past, but luckily never had to deal with their post purchase customer service. The very first time I had to, I realized that they are an absolutely nightmare, when it comes to service. Their products may appear to be tempting for the price, but any faults and problems thereafter are a complete disaster. Their physical branch won't even recognize any complaints and would ask you to lodge them online.nI purchased a Stormwind recliner sofa suite which was advertised as genuine leather on the website, whereas it is not. Some parts of the sofa are not even genuine leather and lasted just over an year. It gradually started to crack like vinyl. Unfortunately I lodged a complaint just after the warranty period. But the real concern was their fake advertising about genuine leather, even though it is not. I would have never bought it if I had know that it is not as advertised. After complaining multiple times the response I got was that they haven't heard back from the head office.nPlease beware of their post purchase customer service. Very very poor.

Was disappointed with their service and wouldn’t offer any assistance.nWe ordered an electric lift chair in the Hamilton branch. I explained that the chair is for my brother In-law who is in his last stage of stage 4 bone and bladder cancer. Basically confined to bed. Asked to be delivered and that he is unable to help with the chair when delivered. Extra $50.00 to deliver which I was ok with that.nWhen it finally arrived at their warehouse in Tr Rapa they contacted me and I asked for it to be delivered as per when it was ordered and I confirmed that my brother in-law was unable to help with it. They said that they just deliver to ground at door. I said again that he is unable to take it inside at all. So they will have to put it in the ranch slider front door. She said that’s a extra $50 to place inside. I mentioned that when I ordered it and explained the situation the assistant said not a problem. She said you want inside extra 50.nI asked what if it’s raining when placed outside the door, it’s in box. I arranged for a friend to get it because I don’t have a trailer etc. They weren’t going to budge an inch. Very disappointed
