We started from Y2004 and now grow to be a super star in the NZ furniture industry.

We call us furniture 2.0. A new generation furniture retail model. We sell anything with unbelievable low prices, and never drive the business by pricing skills and push sales.

In Auckland, we have NZ's biggest showroom, about 4500 sqm with 2000+ products displayed and stored in our own warehouses.

We now have NZ's biggest showroom, biggest product line and guarantee biggest saving. -We guarantee the lowest price in NZ otherwise we beat it by 10%. The other sellers pretend not to know ifurniture & claim they guarantee the best prices when ifurniture always selling bellow half of their prices.

This review was originally for the customer service that I received over the weekend 10&11 June 2022 from CSR Zia but now with some additional information of my experience @ifurniture. 10/06/2022 Zia was very helpful and tried hard to resolve the mistake that I made on the order. I am a returning customer of ifurniture. Zia's service has been the best in comparison to the previous reps. She made sure that I could contact her again on the following day so I didn't need to repeat myself with a new rep. Thank you Zia! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 11/06/2022 Update on my experience with Zia in resolving the mistake I made with online order: the invoice was updated with the correct items and an new invoice has been issued to me. Now am looking forward to receiving the new bed frames. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The attached photos are the dinning table set and a bar & stool set I purchased a few months ago from ifurniture. The value for money of those items are exceptional. I couldn't find those items from any other furniture stores. There was a part missing from one of the bar stools. But it was sent to me very quickly after contacting the customer service. I am very happy with how smart they look in this modern apartment.
Got three green velvet couches from iFurniture. I really like them. Better quality than I expected because I got a very good deal some sale post Lockdown. The legs seem very strong. All you do is screw them in with screws they're not twist on and the sides and back hook onto metal attachments. It's pretty easy to assemble them with an electric screwdriver. When the boxes arrived I thought they looked too small but the packaging is actually super clever. Under the couch base is a hollow compartment the cushion backs, legs, one of the sides etc is stored inside. Then around it is packed another side and the back. So the box it comes in is easy to store if you're renovating like we were. Everyone has complimented our couches. The colour is so pretty.

Hi, just received the delivery of my couches few minutes ago and I asked the delivery guy to move the sofa box parallel to other sofa boxes as it is in the center of my house. He simply said no to move the sofa box when it was his duty to ensure that it is easy for the people of house to move around.. What a low standard service..
I have recently bought the new build house and order the bed set and mattress from ifurniture, delivery person has scratched my new house wall from 3 to 4 places and when I send the pictures on email to i furniture and complaint about it to them then ifurniture is saying its a minor scrtach and offered $50 voucher. Unreasonable and worst service. Can't recommend there service.
They always have a pretty good deal. Ive been their customer for 2 years now and this time it's my first time to order online. It was okay and was very excited to receive my lampshade. There was a slight problem and good thing that their customer service rep Hazel their to assist me from start to finish. She's very helpful and polite. Right now I am still waiting for the replacement. If everything didn't go well then I will update my rating and review. Thumbs up to the team especially to HAZEL!
Thrilled with my curtains. iFurniture did a beautiful job custom making curtains, sheers, roman blinds and roller blinds for my 3 bedroom house. They had a wide range of fabric to choose from and did a great job making them to order and installing them. The quality of the curtains and the workmanship far outweights the cost. I would recommend them to everyone if you are looking for custom curtains.
Marie is quick to address my concern, she provided me details on how I can make my booking to collect my order and even offered to do it for me. She also confirmed my booking when I asked her to check and confirm for me. What a great customer service and their chat support is definitely reliable! Keep up the great work and Happy 2023!
We purchased a wooden bed from your store just over a year time the bed claps twice and we tried to contact your head office and solve the product quality issue however the head office ask us to fix the broken bed ourself! So bad experience of purchasing the goods form the store and bad customer service.
Buying a lounge suite online without a test drive was terrifying but since we live rural it was my easiest option. I'm really stoked with our super comfy modular sofa suite. It's so versatile and fits perfectly in our TV lounge. I was so impressed with fast delivery bought sofa on Monday and was delivered Thursday morning rural central North IslandGreat communication from delivery staff and excellent service. Comfy sofa at a good price
