Vikrant was an absolute pleasure to work with for our first home. He made the entire process very easy and seamless and put to rest any doubts we had as a first home buyer. He was very proactive in dealing with the bank and on the other hand was very patient in dealing with all the queries we had. Overall a great experience with the iConsult team - Vikrant and Satyan. Vikrant helped my partner and I in pushing through our dream of being able to purchase our first home. It was a lengthy process due to the bank lending restrictions tightening up at the time of our application but he went above and beyond for me and my partner; working behind the scenes, after hours to fit our schedule, and guiding us every step of the way to make the purchase possible. Vikrant can easily be contacted and was able to answer any questions we had. If he couldn’t, he made sure to get back to us with an answer.  The whole process was lengthy and not easy but thanks to the iConsult team, and with their patience, we got there in the end and are now proud home owners! We will definitely reach out to Vikrant for future property related matters and hopefully we won’t need to make him work twice as hard when that time comes, haha.

We dealt with Vikrant for our family purchases of 3 homes. I cannot rave on more about Vikrant and his services, he went above and beyond for our family in ensuring we got the right deal for us and despite the banks being very tight and strict with their lending rules Vikrant ensured we were well informed and guided us the entire way. The process isn't easy and I know he did a lot of behind the scenes work for us, which made things so much easier for us! We could not have done this without him! If you need a good mortgage broker Vikrant is the man for you! I would and will continue to refer him and the iconsult team to all my friends and family!

We had a really great experience with Satyan & Vikrant from iConsult, who assisted us with the purchase of our first home in August this year. They were so quick in reviewing our financials during the initial stages of consultation and providing us a prompt advise on what to expect from the bank in terms of their mortgage offer. And soon enough we found ourselves with a pre-approval offer from the bank exactly as per their initial advise. From then on they patiently guided us through each step of the process until the settlement. They were also so easily approachable at all times, to address any queries or gaps in our understanding of the procedures in place. Vikrant was awesome to work with. He made the process of buying our 2nd home stress-free and convenient.
