While in Australia I specialised in making special occasion cakes and customised cupcakes. Now that we are back in NZ I am looking at options to become registered and recommence my work - but until then enjoy perusing my work!

My love of cakes started simply because I wanted to make amazing birthday cakes for my 3 children. I was then asked to make cakes for my friends and this led me to some formal training courses with some incredible teachers including Debbie Brown (UK), Handi Mulyana (Aus) and Trina Thompson (Aus).
I love making cakes and enjoy a challenge. Enjoy looking at my photos and I will update the page when I'm registered and able to sell my creations.
