Came in for a quick purchase, and was greeted and shown what I was after quickly with the specials explained to me. I got exactly what I was after with a hefty discount. Excellent service and product at a great price. Purchased a zip up 300 long sleeve in XXL and M inner gloves for dimensions 5 foot 11" and 117cm chest. Sized perfectly. Clothing held up in the adverse conditions. Fully recommend.
If you like the product then this is the place to come to get decent discounts on the retail stores in the airports or city centre stores. It can be a jumble sale as the items get mixed up due to the number of customers rummaging through items but its a large selection. Some items are the current season stock but discounted. Those are the gems if that is what you are looking for.

Great sales prices on merino - always make a point to drop in on way through otaki so i never pay RRP prices for my merino wool gear!! Sales staff were a little intrusive/pushy with me so i had to insist on being left alone a few times.
this is a great place if you are men's size small or XXXL - Icebreaker is the best clothing on the planet, but they need to make much more sizes of what most people wear. M, L and XL
Amazing store and staff that go out of their way to help you...unlike alot of stores now days. I couldn't fault the staff on Monday 16th of May... and I am extremely happy with all my purchases... lovely and warm. :
Ice Breaker make quality clothing and this outlet has good prices and savings. I always stop here when passing through Otaki. Got some good deals today. Staff are normally friendly.
