I cannot recommend Ice Interiors enough Georgina was very helpful helping me choose. Excellent quality of furniture and lots of choices. I will definitely be back again for my bedroom furniture in the near future

Really pleased with sofa from Ice. It took a few months to arrive, but we knew this when we ordered it and was a slight delay by a couple of weeks due to COVID which we thought was entirely reasonable! Delivery company was also great as well and they set it all up and took all the packaging away. Very impressed with them. Thanks again. Ps: I wouldn’t be concerned by people’s negative reviews, communication was great snd they’ve clearly responded to the negative reviews which is very reassuring!! They’re a small local firm so unlike the big stores I suspect has more impact but I’ve personally only positive reviews.

Absolutely love our new Snuggle Sofa we bought for our little office/ media room. The guys were so helpful in lockdown. They sent pictures of different types of sofas and colour. swatches. This is the 3rd sofa I’ve bought from them and it definitely won’t be the last. Thank you for being so helpful in very trying times

Greg and his team at Ice Interiors are really friendly people and knowledgeable of all the products. It's a really chilled atmosphere where you can relax and really get a feel for what your purchasing. We had a specific requirement and they helped us select the right sofa for our space. We are really happy with how the sofa fits and compliments the room, it looks amazing!! We went back to the store to get cushions that look great on the sofa. After owning a sofa from them for over 10 years we have no doubt this one will be just as great. Thanks again guys! Pete & Nat

I keep returning to Ice interiors to purchase furniture for my house for so many reasons- the furniture is stylish and amazing quality but Greg the sales manager is also so professional and goes above and beyond every time - he not only remembers his clients but gives advice and help on syling and colours if you are unsure and cannot make a decision like us - and then following the purchase, communication about delivery and aftercare is just second to none - cannot recommend them enough thanks Ice Interiors and Greg and team

We purchased 2 x sofas from Ice Interiors recently and were delighted with the consultation and delivery service provided. Unfortunately on delivery 1 x sofa had a fault on the zip cushion which dented my confidence in the manufacturer and so we choose to reject it. Georgina, the Director at Ice asked us to review this decision but my wife and I were unhappy about the fault/potential for future issues. Georgina quickly arranged collection and refunded our payment straight away which was very pleasing as clearly Ice Interiors are a company who fulfil their consumer responsibilities and look after their customers. Thank you we look forward to returning and making other purchases. We came back in 2021 and bought another sofa from Greg and it was perfect delivered on time thank you again

We have had a 5* experience with Ice Interiors so far. We visited the show room at Redbrick Mill in May and Georgina was so helpful in helping us choose and order our sofa for our new home. She assisted us on the appropriate size and colour of the Large Chaise from the BRAVO range. Unfortunately, we've had some trouble with our new build house and discovered recently that our plot is on the opposite side and we will need to change our right hand facing sofa to a left hand facing. Our original sofa has already been made so this was devastating for us! Although this was no fault of Ice Interiors, Greg has been so understanding and helpful in reordering a new sofa, without any extra charge. Ice Interiors have made a stressful situation more manageable for us and we cannot wait to receive our sofa. Would recommend to anyone wanting gorgeous furniture and a personal experience. I'm not one for writing reviews but this company has sent me over the edge. Its a shame that I have to give 1 star so I can write this review. It should be 0. The service has been nothing but shocking. I ordered a sofa and chair. They not only ordered the incorrect colour head rests to match the sofa, but the chair arrived in completely the wrong colour. I was promised this would be rectified in a couple of months. The sofa and chair arrived at my house 8 months ago, yes 8 months and I still haven't received the correct colour chair i was promised. I fully understand times have been hard with covid, but this is beyond a joke. I asked to speak to the manager 3 weeks ago and was told they would call me back. I asked again and was told they weren't available and would call me back. They've taken my money, the full amount, delivered the wrong things and don't have the decency to call back. Even though I like the sofa I would never purchase a thing from them again and urge other people to think twice. Don't pay all your money until you see the delivery!!!

Just wanted to share my experience of how fantastic Ice Interiors and the Whole Team are. I bought a sofa just before lockdown and recently had it delivered. The team were so great throughout lockdown and kept me updated about the status of my order with all things going on, they were so understanding and kind to deal with. Thank you Ice Interiors, I’m super happy with how my new Blue Sofa looks!!
