Hands down the best car dealer I have ever came across. Quality cars available and great service. I brought an SV6 from here which after 4 months developed a fault code on the transmission. Kerry was very helpful and repaired the transmission without any hassle even provided a nice Falcon courtesy car! Very professional team. Would not hesitate to use them again and recommend their service to all. Thanks again guys
I urge u not to buy from this place. They do not stand by their vehicles post sale. I bought a vehicle from Kerry that he repeated "if there was anything wrong with it, it wouldn't be on our yard" interesting thing is that it has a 3-7 thousand dollar problem. Guess how this business deals with it? Blocks yr email. So because they refuse to communicate, I am taking the matter to motor vehicle disputes of the Ministry of Justice. Update. I'm editing this review to include, yes minor issues were covered, which I appreciated, yet when the Ford representative spoke to Kerry about the $3-7 grand draft shaft issue, I am told he refused to cover this. When I emailed both him and his father about the issue, all my emails were returned, yet the addresses remain current on all contact finders. So they wouldn't speak to me and haven't to date. There is equal deception in his comment about an abusive text at 1am. This never happened. I'm afraid honesty evades this firm. If yr buying from this firm, be sure to read the thousands of negative reviews.

I would never deal with these crooks ever again. 5 and a half months of mucking me around fixing issues on a 25K car. They had the vehicle more than Me in that time to have engine and transmission repaired. Returned not running properly, with exterior damage. Finally got them to buy the Ute back after a lot of nonsense and at a loss as I had already fitted parts desperately needed on this so called minter.
Avoid this place. I bought a black VE ssv Commodore sedan from Ian Humphreys in December 2019. Rego LWK652. The car was poorly presented. Denying this isn't how I would have handled the situation.
I purchased 2011 Holden Captiva from Ian Humphrey Motors. The process of tradein and purchasing was very easy and professional. Kerry was excellent to deal with but when car was delivered to me in Auckland it had some faults. I contacted Kerry and Kerry straight way said take the car to local mechanic and get them to contact him. Parts were delivered by Kerry and faults were fixed. Everything was excellent from Customer service to purchase process but would have been much better if car was properly checked before delivering. The plus point was after sale service from Kerry.
