Good shop for tourists. Prices a bit high for locals! But value for money. Was there with sister from overseas and she loved the shop and bought some things. Very helpful and friendly staff. Sale items out on the rack in front.
Great range of clothing and accessories in store, however, I too found the service really disappointing. Both women sat behind the counter and barely acknowledged my arrival. Such a shame as it is a lovely store.
Visited store today with a friend who was visiting from the UK. I was appalled at the lack of service offered by the two assistants who sat behind the counter. Not once did they ask if we wanted any assistance, even when she tried on an item of clothing, in fact they didn’t even acknowledge our presence. It wasn’t until we left and I said ‘thank you ladies ‘ that one responded ‘ you’re welcome’??? Don’t think I’d bring any other visitors to your store
Possum merino clothing is always great. Super warm and comfy. It's not cheap up front, but it lasts so it's worth it. I bought a jacket here a couple years ago and wear it most days to work in winter. I also have a few pairs of gloves and beanies and scarves... All great stuff.
Have been here a couple of times and both times vowed never to return due to appalling service , or more to the point lack of However I had no option but to return once more today and the service was even worse, no acknowledgement on entering the store and once I approached the counter one person walked away and the other turned her back on me! When it was obvious I wanted to be served the backturner served me but the other came out and stood in front of me texting. Not once was I acknowledged by her. After three bad experiences I won’t be supporting my local store anymore.
The most beautiful merino and possum clothing and accessories. Lovely shop owner and managers. I felt comfortable and unrushed trying on clothes. I totally recommend a visit here. These shop is for everyone. Not just tourists

A quality product, but the prices are simply too high. The store has tons of different items, though, so there is always something interesting to see.
