Story

Firstly, HUGE congratulations to those planning a wedding – it will truly be the one of the best days of your life and I Do Photography would love to be a part of it.

As principle photographer of I Do Photography, it gives me such delight to share in a couple’s most special day and provide images to share with others and memories to love for life.

With a background in fashion photography, I take that approach on weddings, creating beautiful natural images that evoke emotion. I love all the little details that make your wedding unique and capturing spontaneous moments that tell your story.

With ten years in the industry, I have photographed weddings both nationally and internationally. My images are regularly featured in magazines such as New Zealand Weddings, Bride and Groom, Cosmopolitan Bride and on the sites of Magnolia Rouge, Style Me Pretty, The Lane, Love My Way and Love Me Do.

I am passionate about not only providing you with beautiful images, but also an amazing experience from planning right through to delivery of the images.

Matt was our wedding photographer last month and he was incredible! His energy and enthusiasm is off the chart! We first met Matt at a wedding show and knew instantly from his bubbly nature that he was our perfect pick! He made everyone feel at ease and ran about all day ensuring that he achieved all the shots we had requested and so much more. Our photos were incredible and he has captured all our memories that we will treasure so much If you are looking for a wedding photographer you’d be hard pushed to find someone more awesome than Matt! Matt was incredible from start to finish, we booked him in March 2020 just before the lockdown but he was always keeping in touch and answering any queries I had, the seamless service that he provided on our wedding day and for how long he was with us was phenomenal, we really couldn't have asked for more. He looked after everyone, even entertained the kids in posing for photos and he was brilliant in working well with our other suppliers too. Our photos were exactly what we wanted and more, finished off beautifully with a gorgeous photo album, keeping in touch with the modern styles. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone, so approachable and friendly, thank you for everything!
Matt, what an incredible photographer. We hired Matt the first time we spoke to him as we could tell what a lovely, passionate professional he was, and had a spark about him that money couldn't buy and is so natural. Exactly what you need when looking for a wedding photographer! Matt went above and beyond on our special day and captured the moments perfectly, his work speaks for itself and is excellent. Matt is worth everything and more! 10/10 recommend to anyone who wants any kind of photography, and if you want you and your guests to feel at ease many compliments from guests on Matt and the photos! We had Matt for our wedding photography in June 2021 and just want to say how brilliant and lovely he is! We met him at the Norfolk showground wedding fair and knew straight away from his photos and personality that he was perfect. Throughout, he has always been so approachable. We had an engagement photoshoot at winterton and the photos were just stunning. He made us feel at ease, has a good laugh and captures a beautiful range of photos. For our wedding he was outstanding. He played such a big part in coordinating our day, organising our guests and capturing so many beautiful parts of the day. Going through the photos was like a story of our day which we loved, including those quiet moments. Thank you so much Matt, we will treasure our photos and thoroughly recommend anyone to him.
Matt photographed our wedding last April at Voewood House, we had a magical day and were really impressed with Matt's photography. He managed to photograph all of us getting ready without being intrusive and even managed to get smiles from the flower girls all under 2 years old! I didn't even notice Matt snapping away during the ceremony so I was a bit worried we didn't have any photos from then...I needn't have worried as Matt took fantastic pictures of the whole day and put together a stunning album for us, which we flick through a lot!! I would thoroughly recommend Matt for your wedding, he did a stellar job of ours and we couldn't be more pleased with our photos.
We decided to book ido-photography for our wedding after enthusiastic recommendations from friends, as well as viewing an impressive portfolio of their work. We were reassured we'd made the right choice early on after meeting Matt for our engagement shoot at Drayton Old Lodge. The service was always friendly and professional, and even my husband who hates having his picture taken, felt relaxed with Matt behind the camera. Every special moment of our wedding day was captured beautifully and we couldn't be happier with our photographs. The only problem we had is deciding which ones to put up because there were just too many amazing shots to choose from!
Booking Matt was one of the first wedding 'to-do's' that we checked off our list. Matt was very down to earth and friendly from the moment we met. Looking over his past work convinced us as well. Matt was amazing on the day. We had so many photo opportunities at our incredible venue at Sennowe Park and Matt helped us decide on photo shots for the day. The album is just the most amazing memory. I love every single photo and it will be treasured forever. The addition of the live wedding studio also went down a treat at our reception. Guests still talk about it even now! I wouldn't hesitate at booking with Matt. You won't be disappointed! Many thanks for being fabulous.
