A session with Helen was a birthday gift to myself and wow, I was certainly not disappointed. As a newbie to hypnotherapy, Helen made me feel so comfortable and at ease right away and I was truly blown away by the experience. I came away from our session not only feeling relaxed and quite euphoric but also with some really powerful tools to use in day to day life. I just can't recommend Helen enough!
I cannot rate my experience with Helen highly enough. I learnt so much and felt empowered and in control going into my first labour. I was able to stay calm even when things became intense. Helen's hypnobirthing course supported me through two natural labours. Thank you HelennnI have also done her calm mama sessions, which were life saving when I had a new baby and was juggling a toddler as well.
