About

Hutt Science is an exciting initiative by Hutt City Council to help engage and enthuse young people about science and technology.

Story

We work by resourcing and supporting local educators and students and promoting linkages between schools, tertiary institutions and science and technology employers in Lower Hutt.

Why? To support student engagement and achievement in science and technology, with the goal of inspiring more young people from Hutt Valley schools to go on to further education and employment in this exciting field.

To enrich science education in Hutt City by creating the conditions for innovative and productive networking across the education, science and technology communities.
