Honestly love this place. Great communication, really honest team and I always feel looked after here. I trust them so much I send my elderly mum here to get her car done. Highly recommend.
Professionalism at every level alongside excellent reasonably priced service.
Awful. Didn't really want to know me. Felt like an inconvenience rather than a customer. They blamed Covid for everything and indicated my car wasn't a priority ahead of cars that came in after mine. They weren't happy about giving me an idea of costs, then told me it was all too much of a drama and I can come and get my car and go elsewhere. So I did. Won't be back and suggest others look elsewhere.
I specifically chose this place based on the positive feedback I had read online. I was expecting really great customer service, as per the website, but received a somewhat cold welcome when I dropped my car off for a service. I paid for a silver service which involved a car wash. The car came back unwashed with just some shine on the tires. They had also scraped my old service sticker off the windscreen and left a mess inside the car from it. Its the little things that count for me, and this just didn't hit the mark.
Awesome service and a nice clean vehicle once they have done a service. Even greased door hinges. Way better than ford with services.

After "another" garage tried gouging me for hundreds of dollars to change a simple sensor, Paul and team were highly recommended by several of my colleagues as trustworthy. They communicate really well and check with you on work they think is only necessary. They even allowed me to pick the car up after hours when I couldn't get back on time. Prices were very reasonable and service was top notch. Very happy customer here, my turn to highly recommend these folks!
Professional and effortless right from the get go. Always greeted warmly and their garage is always clean and welcoming. I can definitely recommend these guys for your automotive needs!
