To be honest, this more more like a country retreat than a ‘backpackers.’ We stayed in the homely double room and the kitchen next door had everything we needed for an outdoor feast to watch the sun go down. Emma was more than accommodating and super friendly. Wish we could of stayed longer, total hidden gem. Thanks!!

Arrived after dark hosts were out. Was showed around by other backpackers. Warm welcoming place greatest views of Te Kuiti gave me a different perspective of this country town set in valley. Clean friendly great views helpful people
Such a gem to find! Off the road, quiet, beautiful and very clean. Great views and fabulous hosts. Definitely recommend it!
Authentic Kiwi Farm stay location on a hill overlooking Te-Kuiti. Quiet.. clean ... and friendly... FREE WIFI is acceptable but NOT for Streaming..... see my speed test. Ours in our BnB in Queenstown runs at over 100mps download...and 20mps up!..... Lightening fast compared...
Lovely off the road Backpackers, great views and very relaxing, highly recommended for Te Araroa Trampers!
