Such a cool store and nice service!
I had the pleasure of dealing with Blair Saturday 24th February who was so helpful in setting me up for soft bait fishing. With my very limited knowledge with fishing he went over and above explaining many options. It was obvious he was busy dealing with a package at the time that he stopped what he was doing to help. It seemed I took up alot of his time but I was ever grateful for his advice and direction and showing me how to join two nylons together. I have yet to try out my purchases but very keen to do so. Thanks again Blair! Great Store

On Friday last week, I bought an electric fishing reel and rod from H&F Kerikeri. After a while, the salesman told me that he was quite ill and that I should keep my distance so that he wouldn't infect me.nUnfortunately too late. Since Saturday last week, my wife and I have a bad flu. Apart from the physical strain, it is of course also a financial loss as we are both unable to do our work as self-employed people. I can't understand how you can allow highly viral employees to work in sales with direct customer contact. Seems you don't care about the health of your customers.
