Story

Humblebee Market was born out of a desire to sell our own home grown fruit and vege that we grow 500m up the road. It's our God given right as Kiwis who live in the land of plenty to have excellent quality produce at a much fairer price than what we currently have available.
We specialize in less common, forgotten about vegetables such as khol rabi and salsify and funny, interesting varieties of the more common veges- like red/purple carrots, albino zucchinis and ugly pumpkins!

Since then we have expanded, and want to showcase some of the amazing talent out there in Aotearoa- many smaller family owned and operated food businesses that run purely on passion and principles!

We also have a divine range of handmade bathroom & vanity products made with skin & earth friendly ingredients. Some of these businesses are still yet to be fully discovered, you will never regret being the friend who introduces them to everyone else!

Originally we attempted to access all our products from the Rangitikei region, but have since welcomed all of New Zealand. We love that our shop promotes shopping local, supporting small businesses, promoting organic/sustainable/allergy friendly living, keeping the money in New Zealanders pockets, and giving more than reasonably priced, no-chemical fruit and vege to the community.
