Beautiful setting for family gatherings. Loved the big shaded area out the back and another grassy area for the kids to play.
This is a very interesting local attraction. Must see if you have children or interested in historical New Zealand rural development, with a very modest admission fee.
I liked it because it reminded me it's an icon pub along that road, come on let's support our main road small public bars refreshments , yarns etc..
Love the big fat juicy beef burger. Recommend it stop in on your way to auckland. Well worth the price
Held a vintage car meeting and so well organized and great refreshments available.
We had lunch beef burger delux. Excelleny meal. Would have given 5 stars but service a bit slow. Staff were friendly and a lovely spot for a break whilst travelling. Pet friendly too.
