What an incredible experience! This is a must-do for any North Island trip. We had such a good time and did not stop smiling the entire ride.nOur driver Arthur was knowledgable, friendly and reassuring. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful sights, especially Huka Falls, and hearing snippets of interesting info. The 360 spins and high speed thrill was just amazing.nnCan’t recommend this enough!
Such a fun experience! The jet boat ride was exhilarating and we got to do lots of spins! We got splashed quite a lot so glad we had our raincoats on. Our jet boat driver was super knowledgeable and skilled, maneuvering between trees and tight turns! Going to the base of the falls was an incredible way to experience it! Would recommend if you’re travelling through Taupo!
Totally enjoyed this experience. I had Riki a female jet boat operator and she was awesome. Took us within inches from the walls of the river and we zig zagged between trees and shallow water up to the Hukka Falls. We spent some time at the falls getting pictures and or video.nThe experience is 30mins for $145.00, but was totally enjoyable.nI arrived at 1120am and asked when the next available trip was and they put me on the 1130am. Was totally excited and had the front seat which had the best view of the jet boat road.nDo expect to get wet. This is unavoidable but part of the fun when you do the 180 spins.
WOOHOO what an epic ride! The Huka Jet boat experience was absolute magic - our driver was a total legend, spinning us 360s and getting us good and soaked just what we needed!. It was a blazing hot day, so the drenching was a welcome relief . The real highlight was the insane view from below the Huka Falls... who knew you could see the falls from that angle?! Highly recommend for thrill-seekers and scenery-lovers alike!
The Huka Falls jet boat was an absolute blast from start to finish! It was incredibly fun, fast, and thrilling, with moments that had everyone smiling and laughing. The views were amazing, easily the best way to see Huka Falls up close. Being that close to the rushing water made it feel immersive and unforgettable. It was hands down one of the coolest experiences we had in New Zealand! Do yourself a favor and book it!
