Amazing spot with amazing views of the falls. Nice little area to wander and wonder.
We went there in Mai 2023. Unfortunately we parked to the other viewpoint and got there with a small walk - 15 min I think. But if you read this post know that the best view of the fall you have it here and you can park! Enjoy
The public restrooms at Huka Falls during our visit on Easter Holiday were bustling with traffic. While we appreciated that the toilets are now free, the cleanliness left much to be desired. I acknowledge the hard work of the staff and kindly remind everyone to help keeping the bathrooms clean and tidy. It's essential for the overall visitor experience to maintain a hygienic environment for everyone to use and enjoy.
Doesn’t take long to visit as you can reach vehicles close proximity. Accessible for wheelchairs means anyone can enjoy the view. Toilets available nearby.
A small kiosk next to the Huka Fall; you can buy snacks, and find toilet, though it's the only place in New Zealand - that I know of - where you have to pay to use the toilet. I guess they have to find a way to get money from the tourist, somehow.
