This is a personal shout out to your amazing employee Shea, who was not only super welcoming and warm, but also really helpful and service minded. She’s amazing!nI was in the 6-dorm room with 3 men, as the only woman, and she really “looked after me”, she just made me feel really safe.nThere was quite loud noice from the common rooms after 10pm, so was a bit difficult to fall asleep, would be nice if there was someone on duty to make sure that house rules were being followed, however, I understand if this can be a bit tricky sometimes - and it was on Anzac Day.nBut yeah, the stars are all for Shea, she was incredible. Will make you feel welcome instantly
I stayed with my 3 children over few mths all it was awesome. They that day had taken over the same day not even a desk . I help Emily and nxt I new I was vnBaking cakes for travorls for 21st and became part of there team management was offered. Sadly I did turn it down as I was bizy kids. then cleaner was to retire no one to take her place so I became head cleaner. my stay was great and so was my job I l it was like ine nig family feeling. watch ,n the place get upto standrads and grow change was bedt thing that happen . Even my kids helped paint. I at times was ask to to desk was so at home . Emily her family were so sweet they are good ppl.
From reception to cleaners everyone did their upmost to be homely, helpful and hospitable. I have stayed there twice, hence going back as so nice.nCould not recommend more. Kitchen so clean deep cleaned every night. Loads of pots, pans, microwaves, slow cooker etc.nGreat Showers cleaned every day.nGorgeous courtyard to relax and chat with other people. Big screen tv and lounge when colder.nGood place
- Floor was sticky, had to wear shoes.n- So hot was unable to breathe and had to sleep with doors wide open.n- Spiders and bugs in every cornern- No net curtains = no privacy as you can see into other rooms.n- Washing machine was broken.n- Dryer stole our 2 dollars, no instructions on how tou use use it.nnPay a little extra for something better
The room was really nasty. Bad uncomfortable beds with bedding that should have been burned. Having black sheet that still showed spots and dirty pillows. The homemade furniture was also really dirty with dust.nnFunky smell in there as well specially the bathroom
