Mohammed came out to change the filters on our very old HRV system and he made it an easy decision for me to decide to upgrade the system which I had been putting off for a few years! He was able to do it right then and there and I am very happy with his advise and the installation
Paul was a great guy to deal with - helpful and sorted the system out in no time. Highly recommend. Think HRV can drop the price of a service however - at $330 it is pretty steep for a filter out of china that would cost less than $10 and n efficient service man who is here for 30 minutes max.
We've had an HRV for 8 years now and it is fantastic. The house was cold and damp when we shifted in and the HRV transformed it into a warm dry home. Thank you to Paul for changing the filter and explaining the operation - great service and much appreciated thanks.
Paul gave us a great explanation of an easier ways to access our H.R.V. system which helped us to understand the workings of it in all seasons . He was quick and did his job well. He arrived on time and was very polite. We are very pleased with the service.
M Amin came to our home to service the HRV. Prompt professional service, able to answer all of our questions and gave great advice around the use and maintenance of their product. Thanks for your excellent service.
