After I went to the movies, I was pleased with the level of service I received. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful.nnThey helped me find the right food and drinks for my movie viewing experience.nnMy seat in the theater was clean and comfortable. I left the theater feeling satisfied with the service I had received.
Had a great experience here recently! Shout out to Maddie who was very helpful and welcoming to me and the kids - she was brilliant! Will definitely be returning soon :
Quieter theater as its small and less likely to have big crowds of people. Slightly cheaper than going to big theaters like albany. Theater options to have dinner and a drink bought to your seats. on-site café bar with Woodfired type pizzas & other hot eats . Good made on site. easy parking right outside and very wheelchair friendly. seats are wide and comfortable.
I wanted to thank the team for bringing a South Indian movie to the theater, as it’s always great to see diverse films. Unfortunately, the sound system wasn’t up to standard, felt like sometimes turns on from sides and the lack of air conditioning made the experience uncomfortable, as we were all sweating. We raised these issues with the evening staff, but unfortunately, nothing was done to address them.nI understand things can sometimes go wrong, but I hope that in the future, Hoyts Whangaparāoa can ensure a more comfortable experience for all moviegoers, with proper sound and climate control. We pay for the experience, and it would be great to see these aspects improved for everyone’s enjoyment.
we arrived at 3:00pm We were the only people in there for the first 30 minutes another group had come in and had gotten their drinks before us it wasn’t until we Went to the counter and told them that they decided to take another 20 minutes to serve our drinks rose, chocolate frappe, Jim beam we had to go back to the counter to ask for our food when crew were seen arguing in the kitchen from the counter we ended up receiving our food at 4:30. Very unprofessional, tables were unsanitary, customers service is terrible.
