I had the worst experience with guys! Customer service is appalling, they Will practically ignore you when you wait at the counter. The delivery will arrive with missing and damaged parts with no invoice. Really cowboy stuff. They will sell you a dream with the prices and they never pick up the phone so chasing these guys takes weeks. Kirat is polite but inconsistent and the one with the yankey accent just says yes to everything it’s really patronising. Go watermarks instead and save yourself the hassle!
Went to Vinny after visiting a few stores to get bathroom items for a renovation. Customer service by Vinny is great and its clear he is knowledgable about the products he's selling. All items we purchased are of high quality and if there were any issues he's more than willing to help. I will not be going anywhere else in the future. Highly recommend! Thank you Vinny.
Super impressed with the choice of displays at the back of the shop, and more importantly can't praise Kirat and Vinny enough for their service, advice and patience in dealing with us throughout a new shower / cloak room fit for my parents. Where we have mis-ordered several things they have without quibble accepted returns and assisted with new choices. Thanks again guys...
Called up Vinny yesterday, ordered a range of garden slabs and they were delivered within an hour. His service is great and more than anything, makes you feel welcome whenever you go to the shop. Top quality products at a good price! Highly recommended
Vinny and Kirat have been amazing helping us refurbish two of our bathrooms. We bought everything from them without any hassle, the prices were great and their professionalism was second to none. We literally left everything to them and they both designed the bathrooms and they look absolutely amazing. We are so happy we went to them and if there were any issues they sorted them straight away. It’s true they are extremely busy but then that tells me how much people must like them and their services. Thank you both Vinny and Kirat for your continued professionalism and your advice.
I would just like to say from the moment I walked into house of plumbing I was treated so professional I really didn’t have to do anything to make my original bathroom into a walk in shower room and my bath downstairs was moved upstairs it was the best service I have ever received absolutely amazing and I recommend Vinny .KP. Virinda as a perfect team. Everything was organised perfectly and they were so quick & clean thank you very much
Me and my mrs went with not much expectations but we were pleasantly surprised with the quality and competive prices offered by vinny compared to other tile retailers. Even when 1 lot of tiles delivered was the wrong size but with one call to vinny and he sorted the mistake on the same day and he even gave xtra tiles to ensure our bathroom was done. Im certainly glad I ignored the bad reviews as I got the perfect deal for me.. many thanks to vinny and Co.
Pros: - Prices are competitive for high quality bathroom furniture and good brands; - Have replaced damaged items without much hassle; Cons: - Constantly chasing up on when stock will be delivered due to over-promising. - Tiles looks nice, but my opinion is that they are of very poor quality - i've had so many cracks and they've only been installed for a month. Tiles should not crack so easily. I do not believe the installation of these tiles was the problem, as i've not had issues with other tiles fitted by my tiler. - There's a reason why these tiles are cheaper than other tile shops.
Excellent service by all. Wide range of products whatever your budget . Got two complete bathrooms fixtures and fittings from Vinny. Had issues with some deliveries but Vinny was always professional and provided solutions rather than problems. Highly recommended to all my family and friends. Something I very really do.
Staff are very unfriendly and will say yes to everything you ask. They miss guide you and give wrong information. Their customer service is very bad. Only interested in trade. I will not recommended them and their prices are higher too.
