Friendly and professional. In the past I've always either arranged my own travel or had it arranged for me by someone at work, so this was my first time using a travel agent. There were three things that stopped me from giving a higher score. 1. I'm convinced, with the benefit of hindsight, that I got the best deal. 2. It took ages of sitting around to get anything organised - if I'd wanted to spend all that time I'd have made the arrangements myself. 3. And finally, when I made the final payment I enquired about options for another, completely different trip, and heard nothing.
