Great staff - Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. House of Travel is my go-to agent for all my trips.
Tracey organised my recent trip to the UK and was an enormous help covering off all the requirements to travel in these crazy COVID times. When I wanted to return early and was exploring various options of how I might do that, Tracey research the options for me and gave very wise advise. I would not hesitate in recommending House of Travel and I will certainly use them again.
We are going to a wedding in Melbourne in June, so I thought the best way to do that would be to go to a travel agent. I highly recommend House of Travel for all your travel needs, I used them in 2018 for a 7 week trip to the UK.
I Would give zero stars if that was an option Worst Travel Agent to deal with ever! Staff and owner are extremely rude and their attitudes towards customers are atrocious! Will never use again.
