Luckily the parcel arrived 2 weeks later so I am happy, but I think the shop owner should have better communication skills and email the client if there is a delay. Thanks.

Indian products reasonably priced, watch out for some items highly priced overall good one and reliable one stop shop for Indian products

The shop owner is ultimate fraud. He don't have any business Ethics. Even the Store keepers agree he is cheating online customers when i asked about my order refund. Few items will not be in stock and the shop owner Satheesh/Sunny will not refund nor he responds to calls/SMS. He have to refund me approx 14$. If he wants delivery charges he can mention the delivery charges and get that instead of cheating like this. Never ever do any online purchase in House of Spices.

Worst experience ever!! Zero Star Hopeless customer service. 1. Delay in delivering order.After 2 days 2. Items were missing once the order was delivered 3. Refund was not processed for "all items". 4. Refund received for few items after multiple follow ups. After 3 days 5. Owner of the shop doesn't have simple basic sense of how to speak to a customer. 6. Very Rude and unacceptable behavior when tried following up for refund.

I have been trying for weeks to get a reply from this company, I have tried all sorts of ways, even left messages, and still no reply. They sent my order with over $20 worth of goods missing. I haven't heard whether they are still coming or not. I would have spent more money with them online over time, but not now.

VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR !!!! I ordered online and after couple of follow up got the grocery delivered after 5 days from the order date. Plus haven't received all the items as I advice by store owner they run OUT and couldn't got enough time to update his website with the stock anyhow I request them to make a refund and guess what it took me another couple of follow up to get the refund and the way owner of this house of spice was talking to us was like he is doing a favour to sell his grocery to our Indian community.As a customer I advice you please treat your customers well and do what you say. Thanks

They have a good range of Indian, Asian and Srilankan items. However watch out for the expiry or best before dates of items. Some items may be old.

Nice staff, great range of items for sale. Largely Indian style items. Great range of pickles and ready to cook packet meals. Some bulk buy items. Good experience.

Huge variety of groceries, perhaps this shop has also got most variety of Pakistani products as well. Top up to this is a very cooperative owner.

Great Indian store to get your spices with super friendly staff. Can get busy at times but good range of products.
