Took my mum here as another practice in Gullane didn't seem bothered about trying to understand why mum couldn't hear with her very expensive hearing aids... We saw Sarah the audiologist, who quickly identified and then rectified the issue, and mum is delighted! I also had an ear infection and Sarah kindly took a quick look, told me it would unblock in a few days and she was spot on! Very friendly staff, and excellent service. We would highly recommend.
Dropped in on the off chance as I was walking past and I was seen by Sarah straight away. Great service and as I was only in a short time I was only charged a quarter of what it could have been. Very happy...Will be back!

This was a first rate service. Staff were friendly, professional and I would definitely recommend their services. I was nervous and apprehensive but I was put at ease by the nurse attending me. I was kept well informed throughout the whole process of wax removal from my ears using the suction procedure. I have never had this method before but would definitely recommend it.
Husband has had trouble with hearing for several years and even after several consultations at the Nuffield had no relief from his tinnitus. He saw Sarah Gregg at Morpeth and has now been fitted with a heating aid for his affected ear which has given him immediate relief Very helpful and so professional Exceptionally pleasant. Would recommend to anyone.

Absolute commitment from Sarah and her team. She concentrates solely on her patient and without any focus on sales, gives you her best advice and recommendations. The relationship between advisor and patient is one of absolute trust. Almost unheard of these days but you could not get better care anywhere.

Fabulous team...sorted my non working ears out with suction then had ears tested and new hearing aids recommended. Bought the ones recommended and have not looked back...can hear as good as new! Sarah was brilliant in describing what was wrong and what was needed and even adjusted the bass and treble on my aids when I went back for a check up. Absolutely fantastic service... felt like I'd made a new friend. Thanks so much.
After seeing a GP for 4 weeks over 3 appointments I decided to call house of hearing, booked an appointment at the Morpeth branch. Staff were friendly, and very easy to talk to. The issue I had with my ears was greatly improved. Excellent service and well worth the fee. Wish I had gone there in the 1st place. I know what to do next time : Jason Smith
