Decided on the spur of the moment to get a new bed and was delighted that there was a bed shop very close to our home. We like to shop locally if at all possible. Briley the young lady in the shop was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The bed was delivered at the time expected. The only down side was that a curry wasn't offered as a free gift!! Joking aside more than happy with our experience and would definitely recommend Beds 4 U Kerikeri
We first went to Freedom looking for some furniture, and left disgusted with the lack of service there! There was only 1 other customer at the check out counter, 3 staff, and we were ignored. So we went to Beds 4 U and the greeting we received from Brylee was amazing. She was warm, friendly, very knowledgeable and when she wasn't sure about something, she PICKED UP THE PHONE and rang the owner. Well done Brylee and the owners for employing such a lovely person. She's a credit to the store. She's just the kind of person we'd employ. The products are of good quality and priced reasonably. We will surely be going back! Thank you for the amazing shopping experience. This is what is lacking these days, the quality customer service.
First time shopper at Beds 4 U in Kerikeri. Met the owner on my first visit and told him what I was looking for. He listened well, was informative, only showed me the beds types I was looking for didn't want memory foam and not at all pushy. I left with a quote. Next day new young sales lady called me to follow up. Had a couple of questions she could not answer one but got the answer and called back promptly. Went into store couple of days later met lady on duty that day. Also received excellent service from her. I had my quote which I was happy with but was to mean to pay the $65 freight charge to Paihia :-. They dropped the charge and I paid my deposit and was on my way. A happy customer. Bed was delivered in great time and good condition. Ill shop here again. Apologies I did not get your names but thank you Bed 4 U Kerikeri.
