Story

Hi, my name is Tanya and I am the owner operator of HOUNDZONE, alongside my partner Dave. We are offering our on-lead dog walking services in Hatfields Beach, Orewa, Red Beach, Stanmore Bay, Millwater and Silverdale. We have lived on the HBC since 1996.

MISSION:
To offer a positive force and fear free service, that is safety conscious and competitively priced. To offer a useful and helpful service to owners and their dogs, who cannot attend daycare or off lead adventure style walks and to always care for and respect my clients pets as if they were my own.

VIP PRICING:
When you regularly schedule a booking with us a minimum of once per week, you qualify for a 10% VIP discount. Also available are SuperGold card discounts of 20% on all services.

If there is more than one dog in the household then the additional dog will be half price.

Prices include pick up and drop off. Your dog/s will be away from home for up to 2hrs depending on the size of the group (2 dogs max per person) and distances traveled. Please rest assured your dog will be transported securely and safely at all times.

During my time in shelters and rescue, I have met, fostered and worked with all kinds of dogs, from all walks of life. I have learnt so much and the experience has inspired me to open my own dog walking business.

I am an avid dog lover and have five beautiful dogs of my own:
Ollie: Border terrier cross 8yrs
Bella: Beardie cross 7.5yrs
CJ: Crossbreed 2.5yrs
Bazil: Wire hair Jack Russell 3yrs
Pinky: Crossbreed 1yr
Plus one fluffy ginger cat called Genga who is the supreme ruler of them all at 14yrs old!

CERTIFICATES:
Dave and I hold a multiple dog license and a responsible dog owner license with Auckland Council.
