We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable, very nice bathroom with walk in shower and bath. Super comfortable bed and very quiet , hardly heard anyone else in the building. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the excellent, easy access , secure car parking is great. Will definitely stay here again.
Photos used to advertise rooms does not match actual rooms, and no disability parking ??? Definitely does not have disability parking, I asked 3 times at reception and was told everytime that there are no disability parking. This can also be seen on street maps. The photo's on website is from the so called " club". The room we had, yes I actually stayed there even if you say I didn't, our room had a view of rubbish bins ,this after we asked for a room with a view! This was our experience and I believe in leaving honest reviews on Google over 160 reviews and a highly rated reviewer with over 60k views of my reviews.
Really good room, balcony not very clean. Am generally not a fan of artificial flowers and plants but if you do have them you need to "dust" them as opposed to watering real ones. Loved the bath.Rooms: 4/5
Stayed here two nights 11 Jan - 13 Jan 2023. Complex was clean and well presented. Car park was great. Customer service and Reception were helpful and approachable. Would definitely stay here again. We were a family of 6 adults and a baby of six months. Three rooms, all as described above.Rooms: 5/5

Drab, tired brown room. No on site catering and breakfast to be taken in the drab, tired brown room has to be ordered by 8pm the day before so of no use to late registrations. Parking byzantine to access with no advice on the peculiar arrangements beforehand. Oh an an annoying additional charge to park but how else would you get to this horrid place other than by car? Ugly, overpriced and difficult about sums it up. I won't be returning. Noteworthy details: Very drab and brown. No on site catering.
