Went to the Clearwater restaurant with my family today kings birthday; had such a lovely meal, and the waitress served us was so prompt and accomadating to our two children! The gardens are beautiful too! Awesome experience! 5 star from us!
Attended Kelvin Cruickshanks show but didn't stay so cannot review accomnHad a coffee prior to the show, very nice tho would have loved it abit hotter.nAll looks clean, tidy and updated... since the 1970s when I used to come with my parents for the Boxing day Races. Bought back great memories just pulling into the hotel.
Lunch session with Mid-Canterbury Women in Business group. Great range of finger food, tea and coffee. Round tables made conversations easier.
Just Off Highway 1 , straight across the road from Ashburton racecourse, plenty of parking. Meals in public Bar from 1130, pool table's, Dart board's, Tab pod's big screen TV for racing and seperate Big screen TV's for Sport, pokies
Dated brown room. Broken face plate on the electric switch in the bathroom and abysmal shower pressure. We ate in the restaurant. Two of us had pork roast of the day but definitely not that day. Thickly sliced pork reheated and quite disgusting flavour. We adjourned to another establishment for dessert. Would definitely not recommend.
