My journey into Personal Training.
Back ground and interests:
I have a background in mainly three sports, rugby, softball and cricket. I played all to a high level and represented my Province in each.
After been caught in a pressure explosion I received multiply injuries - including a brain injury which left me with a concussion, PTSD, depression and anxiety attacks. After a long battle with my employer to get the help that I need I found my best form of rehabilitation was the gym.
I was over weight, depressed and near suicidal. With the help of a Personal Trainer I lost weight and have gained confidences in my self again to a point were I feel able to help others. This is the reason I am becoming a Personal Trainer.
My interests are family, Rugby, League, Fishing and Weight Lifting.
What I hope to accomplish once I have graduated:
I hope to help people with brain injury's rehabilitee through Exercise therapy.
To further my career in rugby fitness training.
To open my own gym in my little town to help promote Healthy Living in my community.
