Went in to see if I could squeeze my son in for an appointment as he had hurt his hand at school. The place was closed at 12pm until 1pm for lunch. I understand people need their breaks and that's not at all wrong, but to close down entirely is unacceptable. There were others waiting outside to be seen.nnMaternity is great though. I had my son there and was treated amazingly.
this is by far the worst hospital i’ve ever been on,nshout out to the staff of radiology department who turned us down yesterday after saying that we could book an appointment the following week. and to our surprise when we came back they said that they don’t do booking a head of time?! that doesn’t even make any sense because in order to get check you need a “booking”. to the management please do something about the staff who just sit around and chat rather than helping patients who desperately need help!

Absolutely disappointed in the poor customer service over the phone. I called to book a follow up appointment after having the ambulance over early this morning and the attitude threw me way off. “I’m not a magic board, I’m gonna need more than just that mate” - after I had asked to book in. The tone was unacceptable, I hung up straight away. There’s no way I’d ever take my girls here, ever!
Not good, always waiting 30 minutes to an hour, maybe more. People need to be treated appropriately to their needs the first time they come in for an injury and not find an infection, because it’s been half arsed.
