Story

The Hororata Golf Club is an 18 Hole picturesque course situated in the small rural township of Glentunnel on the banks of the Selwyn River, some 35 minutes West of Christchurch.

It is a par 71 for both the white and yellow courses.

Ladies golf is Tuesday mornings and Mens Golf is Saturday afternoon. Visitors are most welcome and course is also available for group hires by contacting The Clubhouse Manager on 03 3182887. New Members
and Greenfee players are Welcome. Greenfees are $25. Weekly Greenfees are $100. We offer very competitive membership rates for such a magnificent course and great membership benefits.

Very picturesque course with the native birds and the river trickling along really lovely

Great golf course set in beautiful surroundings, great coffee shop attached to clubhouse. Enjoyed it so much played there twice well worth the visit

Nice 18 hole course with some holes across swift flowing streams. Very well maintained. Ball plucker for those unlucky enough to go in. Easy course to follow. Definitely worth a round.

A very well thought out golf course that is a hidden gem for sure

We go there every time we go past on our holidays. Excellent food, great staff.

Course in lovely condition after rain. Coring done a week ago, greens should be back to excellent best in another week.
