Neil is literally one of the best people I’ve ever met. I went in as my brake pads needed repairing, he was so great about the entire process of it. Managed to squeeze me in that same day too. It’s hard being a young woman, you are always worried mechanics might take advantage of you not knowing any better in regards to pricing or what actually needs to be done to the car but Hornby Tyre and Auto truly made me feel so comfortable. Would give it 10 stars if I could and will definitely be back
Impeccable service, great pricing and just so efficient! I had a puncture and needed a couple new tires as the tread was getting near the 2.5cm threshold. They managed to have the puncture repaired and fitted new tires in less than 30mins while we ran errands at the mall down the road. Definitely recommend
Went with a flat tyre on my way to work! The guys saved it in no time, and gave me a free tyre polish and polished my headlights! So efficient and great price. I was back on my way to work in no time. Will be coming back again. Thanks guys :

Great shop and crew always there to help. Have loooked after me over the years battling 35" mud tyres. Big heavy units not all shops can handle them. Price is always cheaper than elsewhere but don't skip on the service or quality
This was my favourite place to go for any repairs/service of my vehicle. I genuinely recommend this shop to a lot of my friends but yesterday i had a weird experience. So i had to get new brake rotors in my tiida and I bought them myself from trade me. Niel gave me quote of $65 for replacing them. Well after the work was done he wanted me to pay $75. I know it’s not a huge difference in price. I was expecting him to be on his words. $10 doesn’t make a huge difference in my life or his but it does made me feel bad. I just didn’t wanted to argue with him as he’s of my dads age and i do respect older people. Again i was a big fan of them specially the way they work but yesterday’s experience was totally different. I am 27 and I’ve seen a lot of businesses in my life to grow and fall down for just not maintaining customer service standards. I know Niel don’t care even if I stop going to his shop as he has a lot of customers but still he broke the trust with a loyal customer yesterday and i am never gonna come back there neither gonna suggest anyone else. I’ll attach the photo of review which i gave him 5 months ago with 5 stars when i came to his shop for the first time. Anyway good luck for future. Thank you

Called in a few months back to see if they could repair a puncture I noticed while out and about. They were so lovely and even let me stay in the car with my kids while they sorted it and polished my lights too. Super quick and good price! Will definitely be back when needed in the future.
Just got 2 tyres and it was immediately change then and there with no time wasted. I thought to myself that this is definitely the best service I have had but to my astonishment he pull out a dent in my bumper and polished my lights for free. I will definitely be taking my car here from now on for all services. Thanks so much team. Much love for you all
