Fast, free quote at house. Very competitive price. Supplied new surround as well. We arranged a date and they stuck to it, texted the night before to let me know arrival time. Fantastic job done and they took the old door away and tidied everything up. I’m really pleased. It was exactly what I wanted. They did it whilst I was at work and left keys and guarantee in letterbox. It was such an easy, professional and carefree job! They didn’t expect payment until 10 days after completion and after they knew I was happy with the standard. I definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We ordered a garage and front door from Horizons. I must say the whole process was painless and Ben was there to help every step of the way.
We had a pedestrian door fitted to the garage, right from the start Ben was very professional, He promptly came to assess what we needed and the quote came though the same day. Day of fitment was arranged and the guys who fitted the door did a great job. Had to call out Ben to make some adjustments to the door which he did in a timely manner. All in all very pleased with the whole experience.

Great service, from my initial enquiry to fitting new garage doors Ben has been outstanding. Initially he spoke in depth about my requirements, then sent through quotes and talked me through them. Once I'd decided on the type I required, he visited to measure up and explain the fitting process. Garage doors were then fitted and once completed Ben visited again to make sure I was happy with the fitted product.
Exceptional service. They turned up when they said they would and provided a quote on the spot. This was an urgent job for me and Ben was able to fit a new garage door the next day. Really pleased with the workman ship and quality. All round superb service, highly recommend Horizons.
I can not recommend Horizon highly enough. Prompt reply to initial enquiry, and basic questions could be answered over mail to ascertain if this was a route we wanted to go down. Ben then came out to measure, share samples and the art of the possible. No hard sell at any point. Order confirmation was simple and delays to our timeframe were accommodated with no problems. Come the day of installation, team were onsite when said they would be, clean and tidy installation and we have been left very happy customers with a 5m awning . Would highly recommend
