We are so grateful to Hope Family Funerals for the way they cared for our dad when he passed. From our very first contact with Dean, we felt supported and reassured. Our funeral director, Lydia, was absolutely wonderful – compassionate, thoughtful, and attentive to every detail. She guided us with such kindness and allowed us to create a very unique farewell for Dad, which made the service so personal and special.nnThe location itself is beautiful, with peaceful gardens and a lovely water fountain that created a calming atmosphere. Every need was met with care and respect, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team to look after Dad and our family during such a difficult time.nThe catering was commented on by everyone.
