Randomly wandered into this unassuming store and found the most fantastically small brewery with the most passionate ethos. Only a few beer to try on tap but there are also bottles available. The beers are all very different and unusual that traditional Belgium beers and that's what makes them so exciting and interesting. All the beers we tasted were delicious and well balanced.
The experience was really fun and the staff could explain all subtilities of a beer crafting. Designing a beer with a group of ten was in the end not too much trouble. Let's see in a couple of weeks how good it will be Thanks a lot for this good moment

Spent some time with these great guys as a co-worker team building event. What a fantastic place; Access to endless beer while shouting out ideas. Our hosts were super knowledgeable and, most of all, patient. Thank you for a fun night!

Fantastic place! We've been there with a group of 12 people, very accommodating, informative, most important: awesome beers! We've been hosted incredibly good, brewer Antoine was very very friendly, we enjoyed it pretty much and can recommend to go by, we definitely will do again.
How does it work? You get to the brewery and you are warmly welcomed by Arthur and Antoine, 2 lovely hosts that will rapidly make you feel at ease. They will slightly introduce you to the world of brewing and then invite you to take part to the production. Together with your group, you will choose the ingredients and quantities to create a unique beer, that does not exist yet. At the end of the evening, it will be time to leave your baby in the safe hands of the brewer, that will look after it for 3 weeks. At that moment you will come back and be able to taste the beer you brewed! Like you, all participants will have the chance to taste other beers and vote for their favourite one. If your beer is among the most popular, you might get the chance to see it sold around in Belgium! It will be up to a special jury to choose the best product. Enjoy your brewing and good luck :
I meant to stop here for just one beer but the owner and his friend were so friendly that I couldn’t help but to have two more. The brewery lab and crowd sourcing idea on which beer designs to put into production is a great idea. There is a lot of passion put into this endeavor by the owner and he’s a great, warm host. A must stop on a trip to Brussels last if only to grab a beer!
Had a great time this afternoon tasting all the available beers. My friend and I felt very at home talking to the passionate beer host. It was a day to remember. Great concept . A must go place. Check it out!!
