Holistic Home Fitness

I recently completed the 12 week challenge with Rich and what a difference it made! Having someone to motivate me as well as keep me accountable was a game changer meaning that I more than reached my goals. I continue to do the classes as they are fun and varied with a great bunch of people, I would highly recommend Fit 4 Life!

Rich is a fantastic trainer, his knowledge goes beyond the gym's classes and really encompasses health and wellness. His gym is super well equipped and amazing TRX classes!

Rich at F4L has been my trainer for coming up 10 years now and I can’t recommend him enough as a professional and accessible trainer. Rich has a holistic approach to helping me to achieve my fitness goals, is constantly challenging me with new concepts and constantly keeps our training sessions fresh after all this time.
