Loved the whole experience! The booking method via website works like a dream. The staff was the sweetest and super helpful. I got my septum pierced by Kitty and everything was just perfect. I was stunned at how fast and painless the whole process was. I was expecting a little pain after getting the piercing done but it has never hurt. Would definitely recommend! Great job everyone!

I got my Daith piercing at Holier Than Thou, and I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. The choice of jewellery was excellent and the whole process was seamless. The staff were so patient, everything was clean, it all felt very safe. I did have a bit of a dizzy spell after my piercing and the staff all made sure I was looked after. Everyone was so friendly! Especially Jenny, who made sure I was good to go and had everything I needed before I left.

As per a great service, the only place i trust for my piercing needs, I've been a customer here for 6 years! My helix piercing fell out so booked for a jewelry change. Staff were super helpful with choosing something that worked with my style and budget. Very respectful and gained verbal consent for everything which was really lovely to experience.

came in for cheek piercings in the morning, the staff were very friendly and polite which calmed my nerves cheeks are a huge commitment after all but it made me certain i wanted them done. after stating i had major concerns for symmetry, my piercer was very helpful and got an extra pair of eyes to double check the placement which i genuinely appreciated so much. the piercing itself was quick and comfortable, literally not a single complaint. was a bit pricey but that’s because you can tell the jewellery is high quality- you get what you pay for <3 lovely experience! cant wait to go again :

I had my first experience at Holier Than Thou earlier this week for a lip piercing and I must say I'm extremely happy with how it turned out! The staff were super friendly and very professional and the atmosphere was really nice and welcoming! I got my lip pierced by Kitty and she explained the whole process to me and explained everything step by step. I'm already thinking about my next piercing!! Visited yesterday for a conch piercing. As always the staff were lovely and very professional. My piercing was done really quickly and barely hurt, can't wait to put a ring in it. I had an appointment on Sunday for an upper and lower helix piercings. The online booking was easy. I was looked after so well, with help choosing which jewellery to Marcus making sure I was happy with the locations of the piercings. My first time here and it won't be my last. I have visited Holier Than Thou for jewelry changes previously and found them to be incredibly accommodating, so when I wanted some new additions to my ears, I couldn't wait to book in. In February I booked in to have a snug and a conch piercing. I opted to get them both done at the same appointment as I have had many piercings before, so felt comfortable with what to expect and after the care. Everyone I came into contact with during my appointment was so genuine, knowledgeable and friendly. The person working the front desk and the team members guiding people with their appointments were exceptional. Marcus was my piercer and I found them to be really calm, friendly and approachable - talking me through exactly what was happening and what to expect. A great experience! I have been back a couple of times for jewelry changes, and for a downsize. In between this I have also been able to obtain fantastic advice via Facebook messenger which has been appreciated.Thank you! I visited today to have my snug downsized with Sage. Once again, exceptional service from the team on the front desk, with Sage guiding me through the process and options with care and consideration. Great customer service and piercing. The staff are professional, put you at ease and take the time to explain everything to you. When the bar came out and I needed help to put it back in the staff were great. If you want a piercing but have worried about if it will hurt and how it will heal, trust these guys to see you right and take the best care of you.
