Professional friendly staff, clean premises, easy access, well worth a visit, I had a few issues that needed attending too.for my wof, the technician explained the faults, booked me in for a repair, was pleased with the outcome
Actually an older issue from 2020 but still have an issue from the work done on my 4x4. Took it for a service, told my seals needed replacing, got that done which took about 2 weeks. Then after I got it back the truck was leaking oil. $400+ for the work. Not wanting to take it back to the same mechanic I went to another mechanic, showed me the gasket seal was incorrectly installed, causing the leak and potentially damaging my truck even more. I was disappointed with this work and it caused a compression issue which I had to have fixed, tracing back to the 2020 botched install. Normally you take a truck to get fixed not damaged at the mechanics. Out of pocket and out of confidence in this business.
Won’t not recommend this mechanic, they have super rude staff who don’t listen, the mechanic even rolled his eyes at us when we tried to explain it! and the office guy Sighed at me when I asked him something that was his job!didn’t even fix the problem and overcharged it. Will not be coming here again.
Awesome service, phoned them 1 min before their closing time in need, they invited me down, sorted my issues then and there essentially after hours and had me on my way. Very happy and thankful for the service, I look forward to sending them my future custom. Cheers
Brutal. We came in with a radiator leak on a weekend. They were closed but we were stuck so we waited till they opened on Monday. They took a look and quoted us $950 for a new radiator, bushing on the gearbox mount did not need replacing and a WOF. They ordered the radiator and said it would be there the next day. Okay, no problem. A day later, radiator still isn't in. We went to the competition, they told us that the problem wasn't even the radiator. Fixed it within 3 hours and got us back on the road. It cost us a third of the price. And a few weeks later, we passed the WOF from another garage with no trouble.
