Third time visiting and it never failed to exceed my expectations, staff are very friendly and very accomodating to our modified order request.. It was also really great to see new set of drinks from their menu which are amazing especially the Hoi An Sour.. Will definitely come back..
Had a group of 11 who had never been. Surprised that it was a cute house we were dining at. Staff very attentive. We had the banquet, nice light entrees. The main was like a buffet table. It was great. Everyone enjoyed the food and very full afterwards.we went on a rainy night so will try outside dining next time.
My first visit to Hoi An. A group of 7 of us had dinner there last evening....just old friends catching up for a meal whenever my husband & I come home to Christchurch. While we really enjoyed the food & atmosphere, it was the staff who made the whole experience special. The young lady who took our orders was good natured & patient even when we were at times undecided with our orders. When she knew we were all sharing the mains, she was quick to say that she could arrange for the rice to be brought out in a large bowl rather than individual small bowls. She cleared our table quickly & filled our table water without being asked. She was also good humoured with our jokes. Check-out was smooth too, despite us needing the final bill split. We had a good experience because of the patient & friendly staff at Hoi An, will return and happy to bring friends.
Hosted us for our work Xmas party.nFood - Amazing! The platters we were served were so so good! All delicious options, the summer rolls and curry balls were hot favourites!nService - Even better! So friendly and attentive.nFor a group our size the team did so well clearing and replacing drinks for people who were mingling all through out the house.nOutdoor area is going to be amazing through Summer! Can’t wait to come back.
We regularly eat here and enjoyed another wonderful meal out together. We noted the recent improvements undertaken with delight. The food was excellent as was the convivial dining atmosphere. Our special evening was enhanced by the hospitality and professional service from Marita. Her knowledge of the updated drinks menu was appreciated, especially as we learned about the prize winning cocktail! A must try! When we thanked her and praised her work at the end of the evening, she gave the credit back to the restaurant team and her great training. Well done team! We will be back soon.
