They explained stuff, made sure that everything I needed living rurally was available, and made me feel secure and supported through what could have been an otherwise stressful experience. Best service experience I think Ive ever had. Great staff and support.
Had difficulty figuring out a bit of machinery hired, was unable to get back to the shop so Carl contacted me through a video call to give me a run down tutorial on his personal messager account. Very helpful.
