The staff are absolutely wonderful to communicate with, and their vehicles are in wonderful condition. They have made moving from one house to another a breeze and not only would I highly recommend them to anyone else, but I will also go through them as a first choice for any car and truck rental needs. Great job!
It was the peak of Christmas and New Year seasons and the chance of getting a car for rental was almost impossible. It was then I got to see Thrifty online and luckily managed to get a nice car. It was a well maintained Red Holden Commodore beauty. The only thing that bothered us was the rear camera which was not very clear.
The service was good, but the staff who are answering phones should be issued a headset, their conversations over the phone made it very difficult to hear for people instore

Easy to book, easy trucks to drive and straight forward service.
I would like to know which truck drove in Harwood Circuit, Regentville close to the school between the times of 2.30pm to 2.45pm as these men driving the truck harrassed me. I tried to call in for a complaint but I was told they "couldn't trace the job". I am extremely disgusted by this and I need answers.
Good service, the online booking stated a ute was available, however after booking I could only get a van.
So helpful and have time for clients not rushed
