Story

Head down to Hipstas Funky Piercing Studio's for all your piercings!!!
We'll pierce the young and the old - and everyone in between! (Under 16's we need your caregivers permission, and younger than 5 years will depend on the piercer!!) All our piercer's are certified, and we follow the Ministry of Health Guidelines for Safe Piercing of Skin. Both our studios adhere to extremely high hygiene standards. We use autoclaves for sterilising and your first piercing will be with surgical steel of the highest quality.

Staff were very friendly from moment I entered and were very accommodating on such short notice. Place has good vibes. Pricing is extremely reasonable. I went in for a vertical labret on Friday and ended up getting 4 piercings total because i felt so comfortable. Ruby is hands down the best piercer ive had in the last decade and I can't recommend her enough.Services: Nose piercing
I love this piercing place and have been here many times but asked for a “more fitted” hoop for my piercing i should have implied i wanted a smaller hoop, the piercer swapped it for another hoop the exact same size but a thinner gauge for some reason. I wish he told me the hoop i already had in my piercing was the smallest ring they had in the shop as I paid £10 for nothing. I went back to ask about it and there wasn't anything they could help with.
Would highly recommend Jamie for piercing. He has a lovely, gentle manner and put my daughter at ease who had her seconds done. Thank you Jamie.

Went in to ask if anyone could help me with my new nose piercing, my corkscrew stud came out and wouldn’t go back in as it was still healing. Staff were helpful and managed to get a new labret stud in, I’m so glad they could help me!Service: Nose piercing
Ruby was lovely and made us feel much more relaxed, which helped as it was my first piercing.
Popped in to buy some jewellery . Met with a very unfriendly and unhelpful person at the desk. Made me feel very uncomfortable and didn’t want to answer queries. Shame as I used pierced up for many years back in the late 90s and early 2000s. I moved out of the area but travelled in as I knew they would have a good selection of jewellery . Was thinking I may indulge in a new piercing while there. The lady made me feel so unwelcome I didn’t bother! What an awful person to be front of house!!!!

Jay accommodated me and a friend as walk-ins for a nostril & a Prince Albert. Everyone was extremely professional & accommodating, and the shop and appointment rooms were spotless. The procedure, healing expectations & aftercare were well explained. The piercings were swift & well rehearsed. Placement was careful & appropriate. All instruments were sterile and work areas sanitised between clients etc etc. The price was upper end eg comparable to blue banana but well worth it for the level of service received. We won’t hesitate to come back for subsequent piercings. Thank you!!
