My whanau have had a great experience at Hilton Brown Swimming! The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated to helping swimmers of all levels improve. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and safe environment for both kids and adults. I’ve noticed significant progress in my daughters swimming skills since joining. I highly recommend Hilton Brown Swimming to anyone looking to learn or refine their swimming techniques in a professional yet friendly setting.

It’s becoming increasingly impersonal. When a child is sick for two weeks, the swim school only provides one replacement voucher for a missed class. For the second missed class, it is considered automatically forfeited, because it's their policy, and they can't make exceptions. I agree with your point that if everyone were to change their class times, it would indeed disrupt the normal teaching schedule. But you can check our family's history records. Since we started attending your swimming classes four years ago, how many times have we requested to change the time? My child still had a fever the day before yesterday. If we weren't genuinely concerned about him getting too tired and causing a relapse, we wouldn't have asked if we could change the time. Policies are written by people and are enforced by people. Being appropriately flexible can enhance your business's reputation. Moreover, with my child now attending class, aren't you worried he might infect other students and teachers? You could ask other parents if they have this concern. Or maybe it doesn't matter to you, since the money has already been collected.

Best experience so far for my 4 little ones. Hilton brown is such an amazing family oriented organisation. Wanting and giving the best to each member/family. Highly recommend!

Great teachers, with a great focus on technique. Convenient location, and awesome online portal to change lesson times etc. The building is pretty old, and they could do with a better preschool play area but the actual swimming is awesome.

Our son has been swimming with Hilton Brown for nearly 6 years and he loves it. He has progressed so much. He has had Courtney for his lessons the last few years and she has been amazing!

Amazing swimming classes both for parents and babies. My 7 month old boy absolutely loves it. We have the most amazing instructor, Bee.

The coach is amazing. This is the best coach my kids have ever met in 10 years of swimming. She's passionate and attentive.

Excellent swimming lessons. Progresses kids from babies/infants all the way through to competent lane swimming.

Love the teachers there. As the fee is increasing every year, it would be great to upgrade Hilton brown queen wood facilities, for example, changing rooms, chairs, etc.
