Hillview Resthome has cared for our father while he was in palliative care this past month. This is no ordinary Resthome facility. Prior to arrival, the management prepared his room for him and had his name on the door. He was treated with the manaaki and ++++ care at all times.nnWe are very grateful to the staff for caring for our dad and keeping him safe, monitored, supported, and comfortable. The services from Hillview staff was absolutely 5 star, offering our whanau member and our family a caring environment. Our father has had long-standing health concerns, which staff at Hillview have kept us informed and walked alongside us as a whanau to make sure our dads care at the resthome was paramount. Dad and his family were always encouraged to ask for support.nnThank you for helping our dad while he was in your care, your staff and management deserve a reward for the 5 star elderly Palliative care we received.nnThank you supporting us so we could love and care for our dad in his last days.nnNgamihi nui, Kere TaihianG OTMI, DAUGHTER.,
