I recently had my drinking water tested here. I haven't had to have my drinking water tested before but I found I found the process incredibly easy in part due to the helpful instructions and easy drop off of samples.nnHowever, when it came to the results I was a bit let down. Sure the obvious things were pointed out e.g pH too low, nitrates detected but it was the fact that lead was at 89% the maximum acceptable value and there was no mention of this in the report. I would have overlooked this if I had not asked Google's AI to interpret the data for me.nnWhen I asked Hill's if I should be concerned with this figure and if it to sure have been in the report I got a dismissive reply that said it was still within the acceptable levels and this is why it wasn't mentioned. If this is true then why did iron get a special mention in the report when no iron was detected?nnI can understand if someone made a mistake and overlooked the lead result and failed to put it in the report. But the dismissive reply made me feel my only other choice was to leave this review.
