Story

JR Construction Wairarapa Ltd (T/A Highmark Homes Wairarapa) owners Reuben and Jenine Weber believe in offering quality with personalised service that will allow their clients to enjoy their building experience from concept to completion. Wairarapa born and bred, Reuben and Jenine have strong ties to the local community and love the Wairarapa area. Both are truly passionate and enjoy dealing with house construction, and being able to turn their clients dream homes into a reality.

Reuben oversees the construction and project management. He is a trade qualified carpenter and his professional career has been solely within the building industry, the majority of it having been self-employed specialising in new Residential Construction. Reuben’s team of tradesmen strive to achieve a high quality finish that will stand the test of time. Jenine compliments the Highmark license they started in 2007 with a background in sales and management. Her eye for detail and a passion for exceptional customer service means clients have all aspects truly covered. Outside of work, their time is spent with their children and out on the rugged Wairarapa coasts fishing and relaxing.

Another strength is their proven systems, from their in house design programme through to their client interactive construction forecasting software, ensuring they provide their clients with the best, informative service, on time, on budget and backed up by building guarantee’s.
